A government lawyer says a woman was drunk and interfering with police when an officer body-slammed her and knocked her unconscious. Yonkers city lawyer Peter Meisels made the claim in court Friday. But the woman's lawyer, Gary Certain, said two other officers have testified she wasn't getting in their way.
