State prosecutors have charged a Tempe lawyer with smuggling heroin and a cell phone into the Maricopa County jail. The charges filed by the Arizona Attorney General's Office against 34-year-old Jason John Keller on Wednesday include three counts of smuggling, three counts of assisting a street gang and a conspiracy charge.
