Oct. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Alex Kozinski , chief judge of the federal appeals court in San Francisco, was formally accused by Los Angeles lawyer Cyrus Sanai of making pornography available on a public Web site, the attorney's third misconduct complaint against the judge in three years.
